I am a student at The University of Southern Denmark, Odense, where I study Bioinformatics.
Spring 2005 I have signed up for the following courses:

- DM69 Algorithmic Subjects
- DM81 Phylogenetic Trees
- DATASETS Analysis of Large Datasets in Genomics and Proteomics
- DTU Biological Sequence Analysis, week 14-15
- BK/BKP41 Simulation of Biological Processes, summercourse
- And I am also doing my bachelor project on Protein Secondary Structure Prediction in collaboration with
Novo Nordisk.
Autumn 2004 I attended the following courses:
- BM131 Introduction to bioinformatics
- BM113 Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology, continued from last semester
- DM03 Numerical Analysis
- ST05 Statistics
- AM37 Introduction to digital image processing
- and I will be working as instructor for a class in DM19

- BM113 Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology
- BB111 Eucaryotic Molecular Biology, continued from last semester
- KM01 Analytical Spectroscopy
- and during the summer I attended a three-week intensive lab course BM25 Advanced Experimental Molecular Biology
